Okay I have read the many articles on the workflow setups for Offboarding and check and balances that have been posted, which we have in place using Service-Now Task which isn't a problem. The problem we have is actually getting the users to return the ite. Offboarding: Getting the Equipment Back! Best Practices & General IT.I've hit a wall on this one and will be opening a ticket with Microsoft on this.Īnyone come across something similar before or suggestions for troubleshooting? Other users with the same GPO's applied do not experience the issue. Group policy is in use for configuring OneDrive but nothing that would prevent logging into OneDrive work account. Tried same problem-ed user on a third PC and we are getting the same behaviorwith inability to sign into OneDrive. Tried another user on the same PC and that user works normally, allowing the Sign to OneDrive. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling OneDrive, same result. OneDrive Settings > Account shows Unlink this PC and Add an account, clicking Add an account does nothing, Unlink this PC does nothing. Selecting Sign In causes the OneDrive window to close. The user is unable to sign into the OneDrive app on the new computer. OneDrive is currently in use on the old computer with latest OneDrive app installed. We are moving a user to a new computer, old and new are both Widows 10.
